Legal basis
The processing of personal data in connection with our website is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) GDPR on the basis of:
- Contractual or pre-contractual measures, if you voluntarily provide us with your data by contacting us via the contact form (B);
- The processing of personal data in connection with the feedback form “Questionnaire” is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interests in the continuous improvement of our services.
- Our legitimate interest in ensuring the stability and operational security of the system (F).
Storage period
We store the personal data collected each time you visit our website and transfer files for a period of 180 days. This data is stored for reasons of data security—in particular to defend against attempts to attack our web server—and to ensure the stability and operational security of our system.
Your personal data in connection with the contact form will be processed by us for as long as the contractual relationship remains in place. If no contract is concluded, we will delete the data after responding to your inquiry.
