Short description

A sustainable food system should give the entire world population access to safe and adequate nutrition with fairly produced food that is manufactured within planetary boundaries. This requires nutrition experts who can help shape the transformation of the food system. The CAS Sustainable Nutrition programme examines global and national challenges and strengthens your ability to cooperate with other actors in the food system. To this end, exemplary challenges are explored in depth and solutions are discussed that you can apply to your existing professional field or transfer to new professional fields.
